Fume Extraction Project
We managed a project for a local company that involved the extraction of fumes produced by a chemical process that they used.
We designed and built the fume cupboard to provide the required extraction rate. We also had the sink and frame made.
The process had to be kept at a certain temp so we sourced a chiller system fitted outside and fitted pipework so water could be pumped in and out of the sink to keep water at constant temperature.
We finished the project by refitting worktops and cupboards, carrying out electrical connections and fitting barrier round chiller outside to protect it.
Temperature Controllers
We can service, repair and refurbish temperature controllers used in a variety of industries.
We have experience of working on Tricool, Tooltemp and Piovan machines among others.
We have a testing station setup in our workshop so we can check that the machine is running properly once we have worked on it.
We offer a collect and return service locally or can organise a pallet collection if you are further away.
We buy old machines and refurbish to sell. The picture shows a Tooltemp we have refurbished.
